In an explosive allegation that is likely to add to his growing list of problems, Chris Brown is being accused of faking his community service in his native Virginia.
But it doesn’t end there. The Los Angeles District Attorney wants the Superior Court of the State of California for Los Angeles to find Chris Brown in violation of his probation. The D.A.’s office also accused the Richmond Police department of being sloppy.
As we previously reported, Brown is on probation for his 2009 conviction on assault charges in the beating of his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Rihanna. Breezy was ordered to serve out his probation in Richmond, Virginia.
In a court motion, L.A. Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray said Brown’s community service should not be accepted because of what appears to be “significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting.”
A source told CBS 6 in Richmond that Brown was able to use his mother’s long-time personal connection with a former Richmond Police Captain to get a special community service program created for Brown’s probation.
